Chef-owner, Don Smart, has been providing what he calls "healthful and affordable elegance" to both the corporate and private communities here since 1975. We take great pride in using only the freshest of ingredients in all of our dishes. The sauces are made the old fashion way, from hours of simmering in the stock pot. All of our products are Trans Fat Free and we do not use products that contain High-fructose Corn Syrup. We believe in the “Farm to Table” concept and always strive to incorporate locally grown organic fruits and vegetables whenever possible. Our breads and baked goods are all homemade from scratch.
